This timeless brooch is part of the Promenade Collection by Trifari designer Alfred Philippe. Philippe was a famous designer for Trifari during the 40's and 50's.  Pieces signed with a patent number or patent pending are indicators of his work. The Promenade brooch was patented in 1952 with number 167716. The gorgeous brooch features a polished, gold-tone, open work setting studded with clear rhinestone baguettes and a spray of round and oval clear rhinestones. It is signed Crown TRIFARI  PAT PEND and closes with a locking C clasp. The brooch measures approximately 1½” in diameter. It is in excellent vintage condition.
