This lovely brooch features the classic Art Deco combination of marcasite, carnelian and sterling silver. A faceted carnelian shaped like an elongated hexagon is bezel set in a silver frame studded with glittering marcasites. The back of the brooch is marked "Sterling" and "Germany." The pin's beautiful styling is a nice example of German Deco, with an elegant geometry of angles and curves. Circa 1930. 

Details.....The brooch measures 1.62" by 0.75". In Very Good Vintage Condition. You should always expect some wear on Vintage and Antique jewels we consider it a part pf their charm.
