Decoratively carved flowers in a rich deep green colored Bakelite, adorned with swirled chrome ribbons, are featured in this vintage Bakelite demi parure of a floral brooch and earrings, circa 1930s.

Likely French or German in origin, the Art Deco era set has a high profile design and consists of a deeply carved brooch of spinach green Bakelite in the form of an open petaled flower on a stem, set in a saw tooth bezel with decorative chrome frame – and accompanied by a matching pair of Bakelite and chrome earrings with screw backs.

The brooch measures approximately 1&1/2 inches round, the earrings measures 7/8 of an inch round, and the demi in its entirety weighs 33.5 grams.
